Project Main Objectives

  1. Identify models and processes of good governance that instill trust in institutions and on their transparency
  2. Evaluate the relation between public and private values among top public administrators as well as public and private managers
  3. Provide an analysis on the relations between models of performance management and the instruments for their implementation and evaluation
  4. Develop an evaluation grid for innovation in public services
  5. Identify factors (both facilitators and inhibitors) in the introduction of recruitment systems based on merit achieved in public services

 

Other Objectives

  1. Comparing models and processes of good governance with the ones adopted by other European countries and/or members of OCDE and/or other Portuguese speaking countries.
