Project Main Objectives
- Identify models and processes of good governance that instill trust in institutions and on their transparency
- Evaluate the relation between public and private values among top public administrators as well as public and private managers
- Provide an analysis on the relations between models of performance management and the instruments for their implementation and evaluation
- Develop an evaluation grid for innovation in public services
- Identify factors (both facilitators and inhibitors) in the introduction of recruitment systems based on merit achieved in public services
Other Objectives
- Comparing models and processes of good governance with the ones adopted by other European countries and/or members of OCDE and/or other Portuguese speaking countries.
