Summary:
The study of the questions of financial sustainability in a double perspective: the public revenue and public expenditure.
In the first of perspectives, the project will be studying the issues related to the new tax figures, the dispersion of the taxing power by various levels of government and the issues related to the allocation of taxes by economic agents, with special emphasis on the problems related to the rate of tax effort between taxpayers and the justice problems it generates.
In the second of perspectives - public spending – the project will be focusing the issues related to quality, consolidation, limits and sustainability of expenditure on an internal and external perspective, in the context of European commitments.
